After completing the walkthrough, we provide a detailed report outlining the condition of each unit based on our eye-seeing inspection and Freon level checks. This report helps property managers understand which systems are running efficiently, which may need maintenance, and which units might require replacement soon.

The Cool Replacement Plan is an exclusive program offering discounted pricing on full AC system conversions for apartment properties. Property managers can save even more by bundling multiple replacements.

How does the Preferred Customer Pricing work, and is there a minimum number of units required?

As a Preferred Customer, you receive special pricing on AC replacements. While there is no minimum number of units required, maximum savings are unlocked when you replace 10 or more units. Across all systems and tonnage sizes, purchasing 10+ units yields the highest savings. We also offer discounts for smaller bundles of 5-9 units.

When can I schedule my AC replacements, and can I replace them in phases?

To get the best rates, we recommend scheduling replacements between October and March. If you prefer a phased approach, we can replace units in batches to fit your timeline while still maximizing your discounts. This allows for flexibility in budgeting and minimizes disruption to your tenants.
